A real Pokémon motorcycle? Honda unveils a two-wheeler inspired by Koraidon!

Guys, it’s 2025 and Honda has just unveiled a totally wild bike. Imagine a motorcycle that’s not just a motorcycle, but a creature inspired by the Pokémon universe. Yep, you read that right. Honda, in collaboration with Game Freak, has released a Koraidon bike, the flagship Pokémon from Pokémon Scarlet and Violet. A two-wheeler unlike any other, that might just walk as well as it rides. Crazy, right?
A Design Worthy of Koraidon
If you’re a Pokémon fan, you immediately get where Honda is coming from with this bike. Koraidon is that badass reptile that could transform into a vehicle in Pokémon Scarlet. And Honda decided to make a real-world version by mimicking its shapes, size, and even its stance.
When you check out the visuals, you realize this bike has a unique morphology. The body comes down super low, the handlebar is virtually non-existent, and there’s no dashboard or license plate in sight. Let’s just say road approval might be a bit tricky…
A Rolling and Walking Concept?
The craziest part about this is that Honda promises a bike that doesn’t just ride—but can also walk! Yep, walk, just like in the game. Honda reportedly used its auto-balancing technology (originally developed for their ASIMO robots) to allow the Honda Koraidon to stand on its legs, walk, and then get back on its wheels. Imagine a cross between a motorcycle and a living robot…
We don’t know yet if this will be a demo mode for shows or a real model capable of being sold, but the idea is truly exciting.
A Bike for Fans or a Futuristic Vehicle?
Honda is clearly going all out with the fan service with this bike. Between nostalgic Pokémon lovers and motorcycle enthusiasts, there’s a real market to tap into. But we’ll have to wait and see if this bike will be sold or if it’s just a big marketing stunt.
If it hits the market, it’s likely to cost a fortune! We’re talking about unprecedented technology, a fully custom design, and an ultra-exclusive machine. It won’t come cheap… But if Honda releases it in a very limited edition, some fans might just break the bank to have it in their garage.
